NaCCRA 

NaCCRA's Financial Soundness Handbook is intended to help residents understand budgets, financial reports, auditors’ reports, and actuarial analyses and assess the implications of these reports for their CCRC’s current fiscal health and its long-term financial viability.
This handbook was written by members of our Financial Soundness committee and peer reviewed. Comments may be made in our Forum, which will be considered for a future edition. A copy may be download from our document library.

Florida

This guide was published in 2009 by the Florida Department of Financial Services. It includes long-term care insurance and CCRC information. There are questions for comparisons of insurance and CCRCs.

New Jersey

The New Jersey Department of Community Affairs prepared this Guide Book in 2011.

There are checklists for community comparisons.

 Brad Breeding

This is a 2017 version of a best selling book helping older adults and their adult children sort out retirement living and types of retirement communities.
