Panorama has 24x7 security presence and 24x7 Urgent Response Aides. No weekend top management presence for Independent Living; I cannot speak for Assisted Living or Convalescent/Rehab. Security will contact top management if necessary.
Key staff members have cellphones that receive notifications from staff first responders of anything of an emergency nature. Residents with urgent concerns can call the main number 24/7, and the receptionist or nursing staff person who answers can activate a notification. Also, our SARA pendants trigger the notifications.

Our security department appears to cover the weekends with a team leader. We do have a maintenance person on site for emergency repairs only. If management is here, they have a low visibility profile.

We here at Applewood Village in Freehold, NJ have a Team Leader, as our managers are now called, on duty until 2 pm on weekends. They are available, if one can find them!
Does your community have any of the top managers on a rotation basis physically present and interacting with residents on other than a M-F 9-5 schedule or do they all disappear?
