It's entirely up to you how much NaCCRA email you get. We know that every member is an individual with differing interests and available time. You can review your preferences by clicking your name in the upper right corner of any website page. Select "Profile" and look for the tile that's labeled "Forums"; there you can click to view all the options available. You can be as selective as you wish, and you can change your mind at any time.
